To make your own protein packed pancakes simply add 2 large scoops (50g) to 100-150ml milk or water and mix together. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add the batter to the pan and cook. Will defo buy again
Very happy with this product. High in protein and low(ish) in calories. Yes it still has that protein powder taste. But overall I’d recommend it.Goes Well With:Greek yogurt and berries

Too sweet
The mix contains enormous amount of sweetener, which made me feel sick after 2nd small pancake. I'd find it better if the brand would've create the mix with very neutral taste, thus consumers may get a chance to regulate sweetness themselves. For now this product for me is just a money waste. I tried it 2 times in different proportion and yet it's too sweet

Pancake Mix
I’ve tried the chocolate, maple syrup and Cinnamon flavours and they’re all nice. Certainly been a great breakfast as part of my diet to lose weight while training and to maintain weight.Goes Well With:Strawberries and yogurt.

Great way to start the day
This mix taste great is easy to mix and cooks quickly to provide a nutritious breakfast. I have eaten on its own or with sliced banana and a scoop of bio yoghurt. Great way to give you the fuel to start your day!Goes Well With:Banana and Yoghurt

Tastes great
I bought blueberry as the cinnamon one was out of stock, I was braced for that horrendously sweet or chemical taste but it was actually really good and I will definitely keep buying. I make up 1 scoop with under 50ml of milk, cook and eat with fruit and yoghurt (which I LOVE)……..great was to tuck some protein in without loads of calories.Goes Well With:Fruit and yoghurt

Perfect High Protein Meal/Snack
So easy to make ; low calorie and high protein. Mixes well with water and makes 4/5 pancakes. Have them everyday!

I love these pancakes!
Before I tried this I was sceptical as to whether it’s worth buying a pancake protein mix rather than just making my own but I needn’t have been! These are lush, they are so yummy and so so easy to make! Low calorie and high protein makes the perfect sweet breakfast for a cut! Live on these now for sure!Goes Well With:Greek yogurt!!
