Great product
I use this for kickboxing training - usually 60-90 mins of intense interval style work. Before i started taking this i used to get quite lethargic half way through the session, now I have no issues at all. Doesn't mix well so you need to shake regularly, but that's no issue at all. Tastes great, as long as you put enough water in....can be a bit like 'neat cordial' if you dont. Overall highly recommended. Goes Well With:Kickboxing
