Amazing
5Can’t fault this ice pack, has been great at helping me ice my knee since my ACL injury and I’ve even bought two so that I can alternate between them when one loses its iciness!

Only useful for cold, not hot
4Great as a cold pack. Useless for heat as it just doesn't get warm enough. You're better off using a hot water bottle.

Great, but…
4Amazing product! Just what I needed for my chronic back pain. Only issue is that the size is a one size product. Isn’t suited for those that are of a bigger build or very wide hips and using it on the back. Easily sorted by getting an extension (Amazon) but just a little annoying! Other than that It’s great and I’d definitely recommend it

5Very happy I bought this.Its far larger than it appears in pictures.I have only used cold so cannot comment on hot.I keep mines in the freezer.The velcro pouch/band wraps perfectly for large or small.I use everywhere from my knees to base of spine.Have osteoarthritis in several joints.Had been looking for a better quality cold pad&it's been a godsend.Have even used on my head.Intending to buy another to alternate so I always have one on hand🙌

Handy for knee and injury
4I have runner’s knee from overdoing heavy squats and my physio recommended getting a heat pack to wrap around it a couple of times a day. This one works very well - easy to heat up in microwave and wraps around the knee securely

Fantastic
5Brought one to try and have been so impressed. A lot bigger than it looks in the picture it can still easily be wrapped around a knee or the back. I will be buying at least one more of these in the near future.
