1Worst hooks I ever used. During a trapezius workout with dumbbells only 42kg each while sitting, I pinched my finger with a hook to the blood, which I had to stop with hydrogen peroxide. I am a professional athlete, not a green one. My hand was covered in blood, but I finished my 5 sets. tomorrow is my back day and I have no clue how to make this session happen. Two of my friends throw them in the trash as well.

The best hooks but the worst quality
1I think i bought at least 10 pears of this they helped me A LOT! They are perfect for when your forearms are dead or when you want to concentrate more on your back not on your grip. BUT THE QUALITY IS RUBBISH! THEY BRAKE AFTER MAXIMUM 2 MONTHS MAKE THE SMALL ONE'S LIKE THE BIG ONE'S AND THEY GONE BE PERFECT ❗❗❗

Helps with Grip
4These are good and really do help with grip for deadlift. Don't rely on these to hold the weight though and use them just for grip aid. I struggle with my grip due to pain and these are a helpful.
