Good but can be improved
4Ive had the shaker for a while. Pretty good quality would recommend. One silly thing is that the measure scale for the liquid is in ounces and the other side is the equivalent in ml which is for example 20 ounces is 591ml and 25 ounces is 739ml which is inconvenient measuring if you need to add 700ml of water. I know sounds silly but it bugs me out. Other than that would recommend.

5Been using this ranging from preworkouts/post-shakes and just day by day drinks.. add an ice cube or 2 and helps keep your drinks nice and chilled for a long time!

3Looks really smart and mixes protein well. However, as another review mentioned, the lid is not dishwasher safe (the glue holding the metal ring on melts and then the ring falls off). And there is a rubber seal in the lid which holds smells really badly. I've ended up not using my shaker any more as it smells horrific and I cannot get it clean without damaging the lid. This has happened to me using it for protein, if you were to only use it for BCAA/Pre-workout etc, I can't see there being any problem at all.

4I love this product having upgraded from the leaky and malodorous plastic version if you clean it daily and leave it open when empty small isn't an issue. The internal plastic struts to help mix in the protein work perfectly (do leave about 3cm of space from top to make it easier).The only problem I have faced thus far has been the plastic top stopper being deceptive; it looked shut and spilt inside my bag ruining papers and a book but this won't happen again, just give its lid a whack on top before you put it in a bag to be safe. Would recommend if you're serious about your protein, otherwise, it will end up gathering dust as it isn't an effective 'normal' cup.

1No matter how much you shake it, it simply does a horrible job at mixing proteins with milk. I end up eating a lot of dust. It’s very hard to properly clean it because the sieve does not come off...total waste, get a better one!

3DO NOT PUT HOT DRINKS IN THIS. IT WILL BURN YOU! Feels flimsy and cumbersome in the hand. Doesn’t fit well in the cup holder in my car as it’s too big. Holds a decent amount of liquid though. Not tried mixing a shake up in it yet but struggling to see how that will work as not a mesh filter in the top. The biggest issue I have with this is that it leaks. I read loads of reviews before buying and saw comments from some on this subject but ignored it. Tightening the lid really tightly does stop it, but nevertheless, if you just put a normal amount of pressure to tighten it up, you will still get a leak.

5I know that everyone below me has already said it, but this really is the best Shaker that I've ever had. Not only is it super stylish looking, but the lid has a built-in blender, and when I add in a metal blender-ball it gives me the smoothest mix of protein of any shaker I've ever used. The metal also keeps the drink nice and cold I find. As well as that, I find it cleans a lot better than any plastic shaker I've had previously. Usually, after several months to a year bacteria slowly start to build up along any stratches to the plastic inside the shaker, but with this metal one that doesn't seem like it'll be a problem (bare in mind, I've only had it for a few months so far, so I guess I'll have to wait a little longer to confirm this) Finally, having accidentaly squashed several plastic shakers over the years, it's good to have a metal one that won't break as easily. Overall, I highly recommend.

5One of the best shakers i have ever bought from MyProtein. Neat design, light weight. The only downside is the cleaning part. Hard to clean. I'd recommend this for water instead of protein shakes.

5Doesn’t leak! Have had plenty of shakers all of which leak, this one doesn’t! You do have to shake quite a lot to break powder up but that’s not an issue. Easy to clean, really happy with product.
