Bought these last month so I thought I would wait to give them a chance to see how good they really are and I have too say they are amazing I use them for everything to help my grip strength as I am an mma fighter and they also build a lot of good muscle so I have the best of both worlds Honestly if you are serious about your training give these a go you won’t be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️❤️ But remember they are no good for ego liftersGoes Well With:Any type of training they are that good

Been curious about these for awhile as I’ve been trying to increase grip and fore arm strength, and oh boy these do the job. Definitely increase the difficulty and they’re easy to use.

Only used these for just under 2 weeks and I can tell they're going to make an appearance in almost every workout I Have! I gain brilliant forearm pumps, and sometimes better muscle contractions in areas in which are not the forearms, example: back,chest and arms
