A good place to start
I was new to my protein and was looking for a bundle to kick start with. I went with this one and it arrived very quickly, without any issues. The proein is good, the creatine too. Impossible to say if the multi-vitamins are working but assume they are. The thermopure is meant to give an energy boost and alertness. I have to say I didn't find that noticable if it happened, but that might just be me - I drink a fair bit of coffee so maybe I'm used to caffeine in my system. While I am happy with the bundle - it is exactly what I chose and it had what I purchased, I would not go for it again as a better mix for me would be the protein, creatine and L-carnitine ameno acids. That being said, if you are looking for a place to start this is a good bundle, and you can adjust future purchases to your exact needs.Goes Well With:Lots of exercise! If new to protein increase your water intake slightly.
