5These have really helped me kick start my diet process. Before using these I was hardly seeing any difference on the scales nor in real time. The scales have been reducing at a safe level & also I have noticed I have more energy & also don’t feel bloated! They don’t have a nasty taste either which is nice!Goes Well With:Plenty of water.

Good for appetite management
5I love food, and I find this product helps massively with appetite suppressant at times when I want to lose a little weight. I take 1 capsule in the morning and that is enough to get me through to lunch when I usually would be starving. I have not have problems with bloating etc (but am only taking 1 per day). Am finding it so helpful I'm buying another bottle.

Good aid along side balanced meals
5I’ve struggled with my weight for years due to my PCOS and this has really helped manage my symptoms with added vitamins and helped me lose weight I’ve lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks slowly but surely that’s without going gym just changing eating habits and having the diet aid would highly recommend

Weight loss aid
5I've been taking these for a week, before taking these I was losing around 1-2 lb per week which is great. But whilst taking these, in my first week I lost an amazing 6lb! I will continue to take these.

I think it's working
5Actually, I am much less hungry and less craving sweets. I take 2 Capsules around 11-12 noon , and don't really feel hungry till evening hours

Theyre alright
5I can tell that my body fat seems to be changing. I cant tell if I've lost any weight but I do feel less hungry when I take them. Don't taste good tho

So far...
3So far no physical side effects, feel as though I have a bit more energy as well. Been taking less than a week so no indication of results. However!! Ever since I started taken them I've had the strangest and most vivid dreams at night, very odd but also unexpected.
