1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
UNFLAVOURED: Add 1 sachet (45g) to 100ml milk or water and mix. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add 1/2 batter to the pan and cook (makes 2 pancakes).
CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR: Add 1 sachet (50g) to 100ml milk or water and mix. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add 1/2 batter to the pan and cook (makes 2 pancakes).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside an active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Not suitable for vegetarians.

Not for me
Mixed well, makes good pancakes but it's not for me. I think my tummy reacts badly to collagen. Goes Well With:Not sure.

Yum
This is pretty sweet, so I prefer to mix with mostly water, and more than it states on the packet. For a sample size price you get plenty of it! Come out quite dry so you will want some honey, lemon juice etc. with it. Goes Well With:Honey, fruit juice, yoghurt
