Creatine has been scientifically proven† to increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise so is a great product to consume when training for strength and power. To reap the benefits of this product we recommend adding 1 1/2 small scoops (5g) to 150-250ml of water or juice in a Myprotein shaker before, during and/or after exercise. †Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

The best creatine
I feel like this is the best creatine that works for me when I first tried it and saw the results they were insane my focus was a lost better I had a slight strength improvement and my physique looked better. I’ve tried different creatines before and not really saw improvements like this one, I like how you can mix it with anything too I highly recommend.Goes Well With:Protein shakes, juice, milk

I haven’t been using this product long enough to know wether or not it is has been effective enough. The one thing I haven’t enjoyed is that no matter how much you shake, it doesn’t dissolve very well and collects in the bottom of the shakerGoes Well With:Clear whey isolate flavoured

Creatine
Effective for what you need it to do. I prefer to mix with water but the power doesn’t dissolve, so ideal to keep a spoon nearby to prevent it collecting at the bottom (this happens quickly!).

Love this!
I use this to enhance recovery and help prevent cramping etc. I take right after my workout if not during, I find all creatine can sit but overall mixes well and I just give it a good shake here and there! Great product for an amazing price. Goes Well With:I take BCAAs too and also use pre workout.

Okay so far
I’ve been using creatine on and off for a few months, and I have noticed that I lift more and I look more defined so that’s very promising. My only two gripes with this product are that 1 scoop is way more than 3g so I would suggest weighing to make sure you get the right amount. Also, this mixes terribly in that it doesn’t mix at all and so is quite grainy to drink. Goes Well With:Vigorous steering and downing in one gulp

easy to use as it comes with the tools necessary. it is taste less so is very versatile meaning u can pare with anything. it has a high quality and abl reasonable amount of volume so it is good for its money Goes Well With:anything.
