5My favourite supplement to pack on SOLID MUSCLE AND STRENGTH. Yeah they’re a bit big to swallow but they work wonders. My protein have also changed the shape of the tablets slightly, so now they’re easier to swallow.

5pretty big tabs but if you have taken omegas or fish oil then youll be fine, easy way to get you creatine goals, bonus is they are 1g per tab not like others that are half or even a quarterGoes Well With:water

Huge but effective
4These tablets are HUGE, but, after about a month I have felt/seen a difference, a bit more energy in general and feeling an extra push when doing weights. I can see a bit of difference too, my muscles looks a bit fuller, I have been on them 2 months now and think they do quite a lot. Also I’m vegetarian and don’t get much of this in my diet so maybe this helps more too. The only downside is the tablets are so huge they do occasionally get stuck in your throat which is really unpleasant! It happens at least twice a week and you have to down tons of water to clear it and it’s a bit panic-y and hurts a bit. :/Goes Well With:A bucket load of water

Easy to use
5I use these as I find them easier to take than the powder form. It’s a quality creatine and i definitely notice the results when cycling it. Everyone who trains should consider it.
