smells
1the creatine smells of fish very strong straight after opening and I have researched it to look if it is supposed to and it says a fishy smell means it's degraded

Honest review of creatine monohydrate
5Honestly, this is a great product. I was 62kg before taking this, with a mix if using creatine, having a clean diet and working out I got up to 68kg in 1 month. I'm not saying thus is going to absolutely change you life but with making your muscles looking bigger, cognitive benifits and the price, there is no reason not to take it.Goes Well With:Impact protien powder (chocolate orange or chocolate brownie are the best ones). Some form of vitamin B2 and D supplements Omega 3 and 6 capsules

Creatine: does what it should!
4Mixes well, no gritty feeling. If you're really bothered you can dissolve in a minimum of hot water- dissolves completely! Then dilute with the rest of whatever fluid you're using.Goes Well With:Protein shakes pre-workouts coffee!
