Me and my partner been taking these for a few years now. They are great give you that boost of caffeine without having to drink loads of coffee. Also helps with fat burning and your metabolism. Would highly recommend. We take one a day

A weeks use
Only been using these for a week after being reccommended them by someone in the fitness industry, as a newbie to fitness I decided to give them a go.. it could be the increase in working out or the increase in water on a daily basis but I do feel like I have a lot more energy and get up and go, after speaking to a few people it seems like these little beauties are the reason for that. Very pleasant, easy to consume. I take them at breakfast and lunch for that extra kick. Goes Well With:I have been taking them alongside CLA

What a Boost
I suffer with endometriosis and have always found Green Tea tablets help with the ridiculous amount of bloating. Since moving to My Protein products (shakes etc), I thought I’d give these a try and I’m really impressed. I’ve taken 4 tablets a day for the last 3 few days and my stomach is visibly flatter and I have a ton more energy (more than I ever experienced with H&B’s Green Tea Tablets). Easy to swallow and with no weird aftertaste. The amount of caffeine also means there’s no jitters as a result of taking. Helping with shifting stubborn fat alongside a balanced diet and exercise! A winner all round!Goes Well With:Water

Easy being green
These are great, not a lover of green tea but enjoy the health benefits it has, these are excellent for getting the benefits of several cups of green tea without the need to drink it. This leaves more time to drink coffee. Would highly recommend, small tablets easy to swallow little to no taste great product.

Not effective in any way
Bought this over a month ago to help with multiple reasons, however I haven’t felt any of the effects I expected. Very disappointed

They’re just ok
I hate drinking green tea and could barely get through one cup so got these to help. My stomach has slightly flattened down, but wouldn’t say there is a massive difference. I take 2-3 tablets after food, a day aswell as working out 4 times a week, good calories and 2L of water a day. Though starting with these tablets, I’ve been more common to headaches and sleep so much at night and during the day. Though am not blaming the tablets and continue to take them, it could just be me and some phase, but it’s just with timing of beginning these tablets - the headaches and sleeping began. Overall I would say give them a go for yourself, your not out a lot of money. Myself il probably buy again to see (curiosity) for long term results/experience. It’s a small tablet, and no taste, so easy enough!Goes Well With:Food and drink
