Hurricane XS contains a number of essential ingredients to create one great-tasting protein bar.
Each 70g bar provides up to 28g of premium protein with only 23g of carbohydrates (depending on flavour). The high protein content will contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The added 5g of creatine monohydrate (Creapure®) will increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
2. Creatine is proven to increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.
3. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Protein bar
The taste is unbearably bad , tastes worse and worse with every bite . The bar is so dense and thick, tastes bad. Would not recommend,buy alternatives Goes Well With:Nothing

Instant sugar rush
I wish I'd looked at the nutritional value before purchasing 24 of these in the sale. They are far too sweet with 12g of sugar per bar, I was jittery for hours after trying one. Lots of protein but the sweetness makes it impossible to enjoy.

Fantastic
Easily one of the best protein bars I've ever had. I bought chocolate orange. It tastes kind of like a cross between fudge and nougat, then coated in chocolate. It's like eating an ACTUAL treat, like a chocolate bar or something, but it's not terrible for you. There have been times I've had to refrain from eating two at once. They're really, REALLY good.

Think these are the best of the MyProtein range I have tried. good mix of active ingredients and the taste is acceptable (if you like chocolate orange).

Very chewy and filling bar
Good taste for a protein bar and filling. I tend to use as a late night snack to curb my carbo binges and it does the trick.

Best all in one
Always kept this as a backup if I forget my protein shaker at home when going gym and also creatine too, very convenient and also gives you a little boost with the amount of carbs it has and the chocolate orange flours is great . One wee thing about it is that it may be a little to hard to biteGoes Well With:Anything
