Best supplement ever
5I wish I'd discovered this supplement years ago as, being pescatarian, I struggle to get enough protein in my diet. Plus, there's the fact that it's nighttime recovery which seems to be the best way for me to pack on lean muscle - I recommend you try this if you're in a similar situation. One piece of advice, try not to take this with your probiotic friendly bacteria such as acidophilus as the two don't mix well (for me anyway) so space them out. Otherwise, I have this every night and have seen real and long-term gains. Best supplement ever! Goes Well With:As a nighttime shake before bedtime I wouldn't recommend eating solid food as well.

Too Thick
2Waaaaay too thick. Directions are for 2.5 scoops for 400mls, but this gives the consistency of melted ice cream - OK if you like that kind of thing, but I couldn't stomach it. Had to do 1 scoop per 400mls, which reduces effectiveness.Goes Well With:More water than directed

Smooth
5I add to water and use billet blender to mix. Takes seconds and is perfectly smooth, not at all grainy. I don’t usually go for chocolate flavours and tend to be overly sweet and chalky but good flavour and not too heavy for late evenings. overall I’m really happy.
