A bit too good
5It's obviously not as good as real 100% peanut crunchy salted peanut butter (because nothing in life is?) but it's a really useful way to boost some protein at the end of the day without adding in too many calories. I usually use this when I'm cutting. My issue is that it's a bit too nice and if I didn't weigh out a portion I could probably smash the whole tub in one go, but that's definitely a me-problem!Goes Well With:Yogurt bowl and cinnamon

Pleasantly surprised
5I bought it just to try it, I like all nut butters so if it was any of those flavours I would have been happy, and it was. It tastes like nut butter, it's easy to make and it's low in calories... wins all round. Goes Well With:Crumpets

5This is such a good alternative if you are trying to cut down on calories but love peanut butter. I have used it to make satay sauce, oats, and even just put on toast and it has worked great for all.
