Caffeine* has been added to increase alertness, and reduce percieved exertion during your lengthy workouts, meaning that you'll be able to train harder for longer! Simply consume 1 sachet, 15-30 minutes before exercise for optimal results. Do not consume more than one sachet in 24 hours. * Beneficial effect is obtained with caffeine at doses of 3 mg/kg bodyweight at least one hour prior to exercise, and only if caffeine is avoided 12 hours prior to use.

Great pick me up, more bitter than before
Love these gels, they're so handy for a mid morning boost. I feel like the tropical has become more bitter than it was before, hard to get down on this new batch but they're still very effective

been using these a while and find they are great. The berry blast has an odd taste but its okay. The tropical taste much better. I keep these in my car and find it so handy for preoworkout without having to think. Does the jobGoes Well With:Whey protein

Tastes like salt!
Tastes absolutely nothing like Berries unfortunately and definitely doesn’t give me a burst! Used several sachets, all taste awful (like salt) doesn’t seem to make much difference at all, no preworkout affects physically and doesn’t change my training endurance/performance. Sadly wouldn’t purchase again

great product
Very good product, taste is good and i get a good burst of energy from them. Both flavours are lovely but the tropical one is definitely the best, for the amount you’re paying too 12 sachets is pretty good, definitely recommend buying them
