5I takenthe pre workout before football and it works a treat. I take it 30 minutes before kick off and at the age of 50 it keeps me going at full pelt for 1 hour. I also feel more focused/alert on what's happening on the pitch.

5Really good product, no bad taste, bloating etc that mixed pre workouts cause. Been using for a long time, brilliant stuff

4Works well. Doesn't give me the typical itchy sensations many pre-workouts provide. Tastes ok, best when chilled.

Tasty but not quite effective
3Not as effective as normal pre workout but tastes nice and goes down well. Doesn't make you itch like the normal pre workout though.

pre work out gel
4nice consistency compared to some others i have used. Tastes a little 'chemically' compared to others but overall taste is nice. Could feel the effect in the gym and would recommend.
