Would buy it again
5First bought the Impact Whey Protein and when finished I got the Recoverfuel. Very happy with both. Starting with how fast they dispatch and deliver the packages and how well they are packed. The products are great. Nice flavors and they mix perfectly. Will continue to buy them :-)

Great stuff
5Hate this pun but it does what it says on the tin, I feel so much better than taking just a normal protein after my HIIT treadmill workouts, it really does put life back in to my legs (they can get really sore) after a heavy session that I feel like I could do it all over again.....so happy with this.Goes Well With:Water or milk

Great taste, Great result !
4First of all, I have to say this is the best tasting shake I've had by a mile. It's mixability is also right up there, never any lumps Now the important bit, "It does the job!". I used to be sore for days after workouts but that has been cut down tremendously by the recoverfuel. Plus it's a nice way to get that extra protein in..Goes Well With:Milk

5I've been using the My Protein recoverfuel for quite a while now and it does exactly it says it should- aids recovery and reduces muscle soreness after intense workouts. I mix one full scoop in my mini shaker with water and drink it straight after the gym/classes on my way home. It reduces muscle soreness the following day and really does help me recover so that I can work just as hard during the next session. I also find that if I'm doing a particularly late session in the evening and will be going straight to bed afterwards, it provides enough sustenance for me not to need a late meal and go to bed on a full stomach (Note, I'm not advocating using it as meal replacement, that's just how it works out for me occasionally). I chose natural chocolate which tastes pretty good (not amazing). The texture is a little bit weird as it doesn't mix brilliantly. However, I'm not after a shake that tastes amazing, I'm after something that is effective and that works. This fits the bill!Goes Well With:Water

RecoverFuel Does the Job
5As a competitive oldie doing 2 to 4 hour bike rides RecoverFuel really does work with stopping muscle soreness, preventing cramp and feeling ready to go again the next day. The strawberry flavor is tasty and easy to drink. Top product.

Recovery Fuel
4Early days with My Protein Recovery Fuel, first impressions weren't great, I mixed with water as suggested and i admit, I didn't like it. Far to watery, thin, and lacking any consistency. My second drink the following day, after online chat, I mixed with full fat milk. An improvement, however, it was far to sweet. At this point I was worried that I'd made a mistake purchase. Fear not, day three, on this occasion, I mixed fifty/fifty water/ff milk. Result! The texture and taste were bang on what I was looking. And what's this I've just discovered? By adding my new favourite clean performance coffee product, I've got what exactly what I need. So, all I need to do now is to go on feel for my recovery periods and establish if the hype is real? What I can say is, no DOMS!Goes Well With:Performance clean coffee!

This is awesome
5The main thing in the RecoverFuel is its taste, I bought vanilla one and it taste better than vanilla shake from McDonald's! I can see very good results after I started to use it. Worth every penny.

5Have used this product several times but still unsure about the actual Recovery Value of it. It tastes absolutely fantastic and mixes incredibly well. Whether it works or not, I will be buying this again as it was a very pleasant drink.Goes Well With:Water
