1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Mix 1¼ scoops (30g) with 300-350ml of water or milk in a shaker and consume 30 minutes pre/post workout. Alternatively, consume any time of day to increase your daily protein intake.

Best vegan protein
Best vegan protein around. Doesn’t have a bitty texture, really smooth, tastes great and mixes well with food. I’ve tried all sorts of different vegan proteins and this is definitely the best one with a high protein content per scoop by far! Goes Well With:Mixed in with oats, in shakes

Great value
I thought I'd try out My Protein after years of using a different bulk 😉 supplier. The Soy Protein isolate is excellent, at least as good as the competition and a good deal cheaper. I use the unflavoured and add my own flavourings which means I blend in things like fruit, cocoa or glucose. It blends well, but in a shaker you will get a few dry lumps. To be fair I have always found that with other brands so not knocking this offering at all.Goes Well With:Fruit Cocoa Glucose Peanut butter

Best vegan protein I’ve tried
I’ve trialled many brands of protein over my past 8 years of being vegan and Myprotein still comes out on top. They have a great flavour range that goes beyond the normal flavours but never have an underlying sweetener taste. Also not gritty like a lot of vegan proteins. Goes Well With:My favourite may to use is mixed in with weetabix
