We formulated the blend to make sure that the faba bean and pea proteins delivers an optimal 2:1:1 ratio of essential BCAAs. These occur naturally in protein which helps to build and repair new muscle2 — super important whatever your workout goals.
We’ve enriched our plant-based formula with vitamin C and magnesium — which helps to keep you sharp3 and also supports electrolyte balance.4 We’ve finished our formula with a special mix of plant extracts including cinnamon, curcumin, and black pepper — and it’s completely free from artificial sweeteners and flavours.

1. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
2. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
3. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
4. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.
When to take Vegan Recovery?
Chocolate: Mix 1 scoop (53g) with 300ml of water
Banana & Cinnamon: Mix 1 scoop (52g) with 300ml of water

Amazing
This is the best recovery protein powder I’ve found. I’m intolerant to oats & allergic to lactose so this is one of the only powders I can drink & it does the trick. I really can tell if I skip this after a workout as my muscles feel a lot more sore than if I’ve drunk it. 10/10 would recommend.Goes Well With:banana, soy or coconut milk and vegan chocolate spread blended together.

Best recovery blend
Been training for many years and tried every post workout I possibly could and I'm not too fussed about vegan food but I tried this vegan recovery protein. It doesn't make me feel blotted. It doesn't make me feel tired or gives me a heavy and drowsy feeling. It's reasonably priced. I bought two and I ordered 2 more again so that i don't miss out on it. It's brilliant, good quality, good taste. Amazing product.Goes Well With:Water

Bland but does the job
Not my favourite protein powder but dissolves well in hot plant milk for a nice (almost) hot chocolate type drink

Gritty and not very effective
I've been using this since the start of this year and found it to be somewhat less effective that alternatives that i've been using before. My recovery seems to be about the same as without any drink, which is not what I found with SIS ReGo. On top of this I find it unsettles my stomach, again unlike ReGo which would be my usual go to. The taste is okay, but it doesn't mix well with water, even in a protein shaker. The result is a watery gritty drink where the powder is more in suspension instead of a well mixed drink.

Good but grainy
Tasty but a little grainy have tried in shaker bottle and blender with milk and water. Other thing to note is it states one full scoop but 52g, full scoop is 70g!

Really Nice
My first time ever using a recovery blend and I genuinely feel like it makes a difference and the couple of occasions where i’ve missed it, i can tell! The teaser is super nice, for those scared of the banana cinnamon flavour as they think it will be too artificial banana flavoured don’t be it genuinely tastes amazing!!Goes Well With:Water.
