Zinc helps maintain testosterone levels, 1 while supporting your natural defences after a tough workout.1
The magnesium helps to keep your muscles and bones working normally,2 while vitamin B6 has been added to the mix to support your metabolism3 — important whatever your fitness goals.
1. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
2. Magnesium supports the normal functioning of the nervous system, contributes to normal muscle function, and plays a role in the maintenance of healthy bones.
3. Vitamin B6 contributes to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, a normal energy-yielding metabolism, and the regulation of hormonal activity.
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium containing foods or supplements.

Game Changers

Turned me into an insomniac
This ZMA keeps me up at night even if I am severely fatigued. I have taken Zn and Mg supplements (separately) before but never experienced this issue. Possibly some ingredient is not going down well since it gives me borderline anxiety after consuming it. I'm stopping it immediately and reverting to Zn and Mg + Ca supplements.

amazing - but funky dreams!
I do like this product, and had taken it years ago. As I'm now in my 40's and have two young kids, recovery is key. I feel these definitely help with sleep, rest and recovery, but they do leave you with some really funky dreams as you recover!
