Early Days
4Its too soon for me to have a full accurate opinion on whether this product works how it is intended to but there have been positives. I use this product when I know I am doing an early session the next day and although I haven't noticed a direct change to my workouts I have seen an improvement in my sleep which is helping to start the day a bit more energetically. I use this product in addition to other protein supplements I may use during the day. Goes Well With:Sleep! I'll take this very close to going to bed and as I am on a fairly controlled diet during the day my body is less restless than it was and I have not been waking up wanting food!

Chocolate casein protein powder
5Wow, love love love LOVE! Best decision I made to switch from whey to casein. PRO TIP mix one scoop of this and 1/3 cup of water or milk, pop in the fridge for a few hours and then you have a high protein low calorie mousse

Not bad casein
4Not bad casein.ideal for evening before bed. A bit light not too creamy but tastes is really nice.Goes Well With:I can recomended before bed Goes with almond milk 😍

Protein pudding
5I love this, I mix it with skimmed milk (usually 240ml milk, 60g of casein, and 20g of the powdered unflavoured collagen, but personal preference on the thickness) and it makes a nice pudding type of treat, it sort of reminds me of angel delight, but don’t quote me as I’ve not had it in years. The flavour is so nice, as I know some flavours have a artificial taste to them, which makes this great as I have it every night before bed so I’m not waking up ravenous. So a big recommendation from me.Goes Well With:Skimmed milk and powdered collagen

Works but isn’t ideal
2Seems to work well as a product, my recovery is better with less aches and pains the next day, but the mixing is dreadful, comes out like 70% inedible foam, which obviously ruins the taste too. I’ve tried the overnight recovery stuff before and prefer that so won’t be getting this again.

Great tasting ! Mixes well
5I have tried many casein Protein Powders from different companies and this one comes up top for a few reasons. The chocolate flavour taste great ! No bloating issues ! Getting results ! Also if you’re a student at university the discount really helps and very cost effective.

Overall very happy
4I'm generally happy with the product itself. It mixes adequately and tastes fine. If you mix with 300ml liquid make sure you have a decent sized shaker as it bulks up quite a lot. The only negative thing I have to mention (and this applies ro several products, not just this one) is that the resealable packs don't work very well. Most are almost impossible to get to resealable and sometimes one side of the resealable strip will separate from the bag when you open it. Don't let that put you off the products though, it's a minor niggle.Goes Well With:Skimmed milk.

Great product
5I find at night that I get a very sweet tooth and that is my bad snacking time normally. Since purchasing this product I have found it has taken the edge off my sweet cravings and I am actually sleeping much better. I’m also not waking up as hungry as I used to
