Great taste & keeps you full
4I really like this shake - the only reason it get's a 4 star is because it is a bit pricey but I will just have to make sure when I re-order there's a promo on. I ordered the Strawberry & it is lush, better than a lot of others I've tried too. I also agree that it mixed fine. I use a combo of 200ml water (cold from the fridge) with 100ml of unsweetened almond milk (less carbs, sugar & cals than even skimmed milk). I put the ball in after the liquid then the scoop of powder then give it a good old shake (probably about a minute) & it comes out smooth each time. I have this for my breakfast at work at my desk & since using this, I do not feel the need for snacking and can last until lunch quite happily. Does the job
4Better than most I have tried, I got the strawberry milkshake as I am getting sick of all the chocolate flavours from various brands. The flavour is quite creamy when mixed with milk and doesn't get too thick, I think it would be really good if blended with a few strawberries and maybe thicken it up a bit.

Awful taste
1I love salted caramel in general and thought a shake would be just as good. The taste is absolutely disgusting. Its too sweet and it leaves an awful after taste that doesn't go away. Worst shake ive ever had. I cant comment on the effectiveness as its gone in the bin! Waste of money.Goes Well With:The bin.

Big no for strawberry- Yes for everything else
5I first ordered strawberry by mistake and didn't notice until I tried it out. Now ordering a different flavour. The shake is great overall except for the taste.

Will rebuy
4I blend a scoop with a banana & 300/350ml water & they taste delicious, Not a fan of it just mixed with water as doesn’t seem to mix amazingly. Will be buying again. I have been having 1 shake a day after my exercise & have lost 10.5lbs in 4.5 weeks (I have also been strict dieting & exercising).Goes Well With:Banana & water

Doesn't dissolve at all!
1Bought amongst other things that all work brilliantly, but this one just doesn't dissolve at all. I've tried it in a shaker, still lumpy, tried blending it this morning and it's still full of lumps! Real shame, very disappointing.

Does what it says on the box
4This is one of my first ever purchases of protein (vanilla creme flavour) and I also purchased the Impact Whey Diet (chocolate mint flavour) as well. I agree with the reviews that the mixibility is not the best (especially compared to the Impact Diet Whey) and the taste hasn't blown me away - in fact the vanilla creme is quite sickly and sometimes hard to get through. However, I am drinking it as a meal replacement along with working out and am so far very pleased with the effectiveness. I don't feel hungry for hours and have a great burst of energy if I consume it about 30-45 minutes before a workout. Can't wait to see the results in the next few weeks. In comparison.. I think the Impact Diet Whey is better for those looking for taste and mixibility and results. Goes Well With:Water. Water and ice. Water, Ice, shot of espresso. Water, ice, impact diet whey - chocolate mint flavour.

Mixed up lovely and took away hunger but tasteless
3Mixed up great, and took away any hunger but I was really disappointed with the taste, tasted bland and nothing like a brownie...don’t know if I maybe made wrong but followed the back.

Amazing Shakes
5I’ve been using these shakes for a week and a half now and I’ve lost 6 pound! Not only that, they take amazing! I’ve got chocolate brownie, vanilla and salted caramel. The salted caramel tastes sweeter and creamier with semi skimmed milk. I normally have mine with water and is fine too though not as creamy. They are so filling and are great for a sweet treat! After having used different shakes before, this brand is by far the most effective, tasty and affordable! Would highly recommend to anyone!Goes Well With:Semi skimmed milk

So chi a. Great protein powder
5Tastes amazing like I’ve had other powders that have a very strong bitterness so I was expecting it this time too but the strawberry flavour is great definitely buying again. Also I’ve been focusing on weight training and having two scoops a day along with my workouts has got me seeing results I’m proud of
