Staple in my diet
I use this product daily, macros are perfect for wether I want to cut weight or bulk up. Flavour is amazing and I use in shakes or with porridge oats Goes Well With:Oats Banana Blueberries Almond milk

Cinnamon Danish Flavour
This flavour is delicious, best flavour i've had from here so far. Its sweet but not too sweet. I mix it with milk and its very good, will get again Goes Well With:Milk

Impact weigh protein
I love this flavour It came highly recommended from my daughter, as I'm trying a low calorie and high protein diet. It's so easy to mix and I have salted caramel which is delicious Goes Well With:I use this, as well as a drink, to mix it with fat free Greek yoghurt for my breakfast, it definitely keeps me fuller for longer. Will buy again and certainly recommend

Great taste even with water. Mixes well even without a metal ball whisk in the shaker. Would buy again and recommend.

Impact whey protein (salted caramel)
I am absolutely obsessed with the impact whey salted caramel protein. I’ve tried many proteins over the years but this one is by far my favourite! It mixes so well and the taste is amazing! It’s now my everyday go to protein. I mix it in with my overnight oats daily. I have tried drinking it as a shake but I personally am not a fan of drinking protein shakes but I love it in my oats recipe! I will continue to buy this protein powder and may even try the other flavours as I’m sure they are all as good as the salted caramel!

Everyday staple!
100% pure collagen. Have been using this daily for months & defo noticed a diff with my nails. Wouldn’t use anything else now. I use unflavoured so that a scoop goes in my coffee every morning - collagen with the added bonus of some protein too!
