What even is creatine? Well, it's an amino acid, but it isn't actually used to make protein. It's found 100% naturally in foods like beef, pork and fish, and you know what else? Amazing
Use this as a pre workout when I'm training but I still have it on rest day- absolutely delicious and I'm definitely noticing a difference in muscle soreness and recovery after workouts.Goes Well With:Amazing with just water- but I sometimes treat myself to have it with orange juice
