5Can do more reps now I have extra support to help lift/grip for longer. Padded where it needs to be. Does the job.

4Really good for deadlifts but I sometimes find them slightly loose - twisting helps

Good alternative to conventional straps
4I have always used conventional straps but they can be awkward for some machines or lifts when you have to continuously wrap them. These straps make it slightly easier while still taking some of the tension out of your forearms
