Perfect for Bodyweight Training
5Great Items, considering your get a pair - this is amazing value. Perfect for Pull ups, L-Sit Chins, and resistance press-ups. Will be ordering lighter bands as my strength progress.

Perfect for taking on holiday!
5Bought the green and the purple bands and I'm very impressed so far. They're great for stretching and improving mobility. An ideal piece of equipment for taking on holiday when a gym isn't available. Just waiting on the red bands to become available again. Glad I joined the resistance!
