Great stuff!
5I'm a massive fan of protein porridge and often have it the morning, 50% rolled oats, 50% soy protein, however I often make protein dips and find they can get a bit gloopy if I don't get the consistency correct, a pinch of instant oats can sort this out and also quickly whip up a cold protein porridge on a warmer day or when I don't feel like making my usual porridge in the microwave, only downside is by not heating the soy protein (which is amazing in the way it absorbs liquid) and the oats already being cooked I find you get much less volume, but If I listen to my body it is just as filling, and the smooth texture is perfect for a dip. This would also make excellent baby porridge or be great for hand reading or feeding as a base mix to elderly animals. I used to buy Organix baby porridge for my elderly rats and in comparison the price is extortionate! Also thanks to the Flavdrops you can make these oats taste amazing, or even use them to thicken savory sauces. Great stuff! If in doubt, go for a flavour
4Does its job, no doubting on that, but unless you have nerves of steel, dont go for unflavoured unless your mixing with a flavoured whey. Goes Well With:Water or milk

Fab - please extend your flavors!
5I don't like the banana one but that's just my personal preference. The strawberry, vanilla and especially the chocolate are divine. They are sweet but I love that. I put them with water and microwave them to thicken them up a bit and they make wonderful and flavorful breakfast. Would be fab if the flavor range could be extended for more variety. Something like the whey protein flavors (which I have no use for unfortunately) would be amazing. Something like the cookies and cream, chocolate peanut, tiramisu, salted caramel, brownies or cookie dough etc... or coconut or bakewell flavor range would be great. I'd buy them all and I'm sure others would too. I've seen other items being extended, like the mug cakes having strawberry added recently so it'd be great if the same could be done for the oats whilst keeping the great macros the current flavors have! 5It is without of doubt the cheapest supplement that you can get and if you are trying bulk this is perfect, Goes Well With:milk, smoothies, pancakes

Oats
5I was unsure about trying these oats as it's a blended already. But I'll be ordering again as they mix very well in a shaker with whey protein. Very impressed and amazing price. Goes Well With:Any protein.

Instant Oats
4Well they're oats. But powdered. Super healthy source of carbs, Ideal for adding to shakes to boost the calories if trying to gain weight. I use them pretty much every morning and use them to make pancakes instead of using flour. Pour over some greek yogurt mixed with cinnamon danish impact whey protein and they taste amazing! Very cheap and very useful, can be used in lots of recipes for a healthier option Goes Well With:PANCAKES!

4It's a very good product but not as good as Rolled Oats. The flour has some clumps.

3This has a good flavour and mixes well , I tried milk and water separately and together and don't deferent cooking times but it just ended up as a solid mass . This does however mix well with your protein but does repeat , I have rhubarb and custard so have ordered chocolate to see if it goes better . There was an energy increase . Goes Well With:Anything you would think goes well with banana

Good to bulk up shakes
5Mixes well if blended, shaken leaves small but edible lumps. Using unflavoured to bulk up morning breakfast shapes. Good source of carbs with little gluten.Goes Well With:Any protein shake
