Cure my PMT
5I used to suffer with terrible PMT and mood swing but oh my gosh these tablets have made that go away. My feel so much happier, my highs seems so much more frequent and my lows seem so much less low and less frequent. I feel myself again. I would definitely recommend for anyone who suffers with mood swings or bad PMTGoes Well With:Omega 3 and daily vitamin

First time buying this product
4I got 5 HTP to help will my sleep and its helped improve helping me get a better night's rest so over all a good supplement it you have trouble sleeping but remember you should not take this if on antidepressants always talk to your doctor.Goes Well With:Water

Good tablets for sleep
4They're pretty good a definitely do help with sleep. Perhaps a little pricey but they do often help me fall asleep and wind down in the evening! Anything that helps this insominac is a plus

A life game changer in tablet form
5I do feel I sleep better from the start of taking these 5 nights a week before bed - a better sleep quality and also in getting you off. Where I do think these supplements have their main, major benefits though is their improvement in your general mood and confidence. I wouldn’t particularly say I was in a down place before taking these but they’ve elevated me to cloud9 since - highly recommend to anyone thinking about them!

Struggling to fall asleep?
4Not sure if it is these or not. I recerbtly started taking these and Zinc and magnesium at night but ever since I started using them I am struggling to fall asleep, once I am asleep I’m staying asleep but struggling to initially doze off. Anyone else had this, if so any recommendations? Should i take one of them or both of them in the morning instead? Any help would be appreciated

5My nights sleep feels so restful. We are currently living in a time that is causing a lot of anxiety... this has helped me a lot to stay positive, motivated and also gives me an uninterrupted restful 8 hrs of sleep. Goes Well With:In the morning I take multivitamins, turmeric and omega 3. At night I take 5-htp

5Since I started taking them with ZMA and Zink before bed , I really feel that I have a better sleep in less time... good quality sleep when you wake up with smile on your face... will deffo recommend to everyone.Goes Well With:Water

Good and relaxing sleep
