5All the goodness in the most delicious flavour (smooth chocolate). Mixes really well and cant wait to try it in pancakes.

Too Sickly Sweet
3I use this after running for the recovery and to stop me craving carbs the next day. I used the chocolate flavour and it is just far too sweet and sickly. It mixes OK - I used water with the standard lid mess shaker not the ball. From a recovery point of view it works well but the flavour / taste is awful Re:Go has a much better taste / sweetness balance and I have returned to that now.Goes Well With:Recovery

3Tastes good. However, doesn't seem to mix well and has a powdery note. I even used a blender with no improvement. Does seem like good value though and has the extras such as creatine. I can't help with effectiveness just yet.
