Weight Gainer Protein, Worth it
4Definitely a good thing to be using for the gym, ran out of this for about a week and my body felt so sore, nice little top up of protein if you have t hit your goal yet. Definitely good for recovery and bulking.Goes Well With:Milk

My favourite go-to weight gainer
5I first started using this protein/brand about three years ago. My weight tends to drop, especially in stressful times and it can be quite difficult to get back on track. I always return to this to assist me in healthier, natural gains as I struggle to increase calorie count with regular/bigger meals as the only source. Thankful it's always there ♡Goes Well With:Water Whole milk Semi-skimmed milk Thick cream or Ice cream.

Works well
5I have found works best if you put a small amount of liquid in the mixer first the shake it and top up stops it clumping on the bottom. I am happy with the taste and the texture of the added bits is quite pleasant Goes Well With:Milk!

Muscle and weight gain
5I have been using advanced weight gainer for 2 months now and being a skinny chap needed as much help as poss putting weight on, so here goes 3 meals a day 2 /3 of these shakes a day and boom 16lb of weight put on, I must add I have been training hard so I would say at 75% of this is muscle either way I look a lot healthier which has been noticed by friends and family. started 10 stone 2 now 11 stone 4ld. It might have been that I was a bag of bones to start with but this deffo adds some calories to your dietGoes Well With:Deffo by the big shaker need this otherwise shake to thick

5I have been taking the product, just about 2 scoops (provided) per day on most days (but not everyday) for about 2 and a half months now. I am surprised it really worked well. I knew my ideal weight is around 65kg and after taking the product, my weight literally went up gradually from an average of 61Kg to 62, 63 and now 64Kg on average. I acheived it with the help of the product without changing my lifestye habits such as runnig 30 to 40Km per week and about 1 to 2 sessions of weight/calistening training as well as only bulletproof coffee as breakfast for 5 days a week and not indulging in processed food, sugary stuff and unhealthy snacking etc.Goes Well With:Milk

5Honestly think it's a solid 8.7/10. I see an immediate change in weight when I use this. However, sometimes the powder doesnt mix with the milk instantly and I have to down the clumpy parts when im in a rush.
