Total Protein Blend is much better
3I used this regularly with daily gym for a year or two as 'Hurricane XS' but it's way too sugary tasting and carbs laden for only 43g protein per 100g. I have now switched to the Total Protein mix which is far better. Compare these: All in One has 32g carbs per 100g and a whopping 21g of that is SUGARS !! Along with having 43g protein and small 0.25g salt... Total Protein has only a mere 4 g carbs of which a lowly 3g is sugars.. and it has a huge 83g protein and even smaller salt with 0.16g All in One has some additional creatine yea, but I take this separately through the Creatine Monohydrate product. The statistics are so revealing that All in One (Hurricane XS) has 8 TIMES the carbs, and 7 TIMES the sugars and only HALF the protein of the Total Protein Blend - this was why I switched.

5Just plain works for me. Tastes great and I’m getting stronger and stronger, what else is there in a powder? Oh yeah, get the discount and buy the 5kg and there is nothing which comes close to the value for money. Goes Well With:I just use water as it’s far more convenient but it would probably be even better with milk.

Taste
5I bought the chocolate smooth and the taste was terrible however I mixed it with milk and a banana and could no longer taste it. Although the taste is terrible the results are fantastic but going for a different flavour next time.Goes Well With:Banana and milk

All In One Blend
5Have used All In One Blend for years now, when it was called Hurricane XS. A great all rounder packed with protein and nutrients required to supplement your diet and aid your body on recovery after your workout. I will have two drinks a day. One straight after a workout and another later in the evening. All In One Blend works for me. Highly recommended!

Great product
5Lovely product. It's the second time I've bought this as I really rate it. This is the first time that I have continually trained and used proper nutrition so I'm expecting great results. Ps. The energy return is great tooGoes Well With:Pre workout

Good shake, bad scoop!
3Only 3 stars because the instructions recommend 2 1/4 large scoops (70g) however the scoop that came with mine holds 40g of powder (weighed on scales). Not such a big deal with whey protein but a little bit worrying that a nutritional supplement company can't get their measurements right. Wouldn't want them prescribing me any meds! The product itself is good. It mixes easily and doesn't taste too bad. I had vanilla which is slightly too sweet but better than most. Goes Well With:A 70g scoop

All in one Strawberry
4First off, I got the All in One at a knock down price in the post christmas sale, so its a real bargain. The added supplements such as HMB and Creatine with low glycemic oats make it a great choice for my first breakfast. The only thing I'm not too keen on is how sweet it is. I have a real sweet tooth, and having a couple of shakes a day helps me to stay away from chocolate and sweets. However, I have to say I struggle to get the whole shake down sometimes, mainly due to its excessive (in my mind) sweetness. Apart from that it mixes well in my shaker, its not too thick and I only need tohave it with water. I dont feel hungry after having the shake, and it keeps me going until second breakfast at 11am. If you love a swweet treat, this is the shake for you. Goes Well With:Water

Too much sugar
2As much as I like the idea of some of the extra ingredients in this, the amount of sugar completely messes with the nutrition profile, making it a rather poor meal replacement. Complete breakfast blend is much better as a healthy meal replacement choice.
