Game changing
5I bought this as I recently started F45 and noticed lactic acid was an issue for my performance (cardio was fine). Took for two weeks and my HIIT endurance is through the roof. Just get unflavoured add to 50ml of water first thing and twice more through the day. I also take with Creapure creatineGoes Well With:Creapure creatine

Gives the tingles
5Great for supporting muscle density, and gives that comfortable tingle. Good to have instead of preworkout along with creatine if you avoid caffeine

Really good
5I’ve taken this on and off for years and it definitely works, takes about a week of daily intake to notice the effects but for me my endurance really goes through the roof. As for the skin tingling, it doesn’t bother me at allGoes Well With:Water and squash

It works
5Guessing the correct serving size isn't the best, expect better from Myprotein, However it works the tingly cheeks is a good sign that it's kicking in, I am not the fittest (I will blame it on lock down) but taking this helps my endurance and I am able to give those alot fitter than me in my MMA class a run for their money, and I am able to push myself harder all the time. One of the best supplements around and for the price it's a winner.

Beta Alanine
5I've been using myproteins beta alanine for a while now and I've experienced nothing but improvement in performance. I normally take 1g 3x times a day which also decreases paresthesia, knowing that Beta Alanine is absorbed by the body better when doses are spread throughout the day and it should be taken with meals. I've noticed that when performing my last 10-18 reps on mostly isolation exercise, it felt a lot easier to contract the muscles allowing me to perform more repittions on exercises which intern will add up over time increasing my performance and muscle developmen it being my main goal.
