4Good way of effectively dosing creatine in a simple fashion, ensuring I get my necessary amount in. 3 tablets rather than Creapure 's 4 also makes it a bit easier to get down.

Easier than scooping
5Much more transportable than powders. Yes they aren't the smallest things in the world but I can pop two of these at once with ease. They're about the same size as the alpha multivitamins
