Huge but effective
4These tablets are HUGE, but, after about a month I have felt/seen a difference, a bit more energy in general and feeling an extra push when doing weights. I can see a bit of difference too, my muscles looks a bit fuller, I have been on them 2 months now and think they do quite a lot. Also I’m vegetarian and don’t get much of this in my diet so maybe this helps more too. The only downside is the tablets are so huge they do occasionally get stuck in your throat which is really unpleasant! It happens at least twice a week and you have to down tons of water to clear it and it’s a bit panic-y and hurts a bit. :/Goes Well With:A bucket load of water

Easy to use
5I use these as I find them easier to take than the powder form. It’s a quality creatine and i definitely notice the results when cycling it. Everyone who trains should consider it.

5When i first saw these tablets i didnt know if they would be worth it. I thought these tablets would be large and hard to swallow, but i was wrong they are not clunky and hard ti swallow. i would deffinatly recommend these.Goes Well With:These go well with focus enhancers, pump pills and omega 3 capsules

Big, but making big difference
4you need to bite them into two so its easier to swallow. Good tablets though as making a difference when taking pre and post workouts
