Works Great!
5Would highly reccomend creatine as it is the most researched and effective supplement out there. Since using this it has worked great for me. Within 3 weeks I went from doing 7 reps on the bench to 12 using the same weight. I also feel I have much more energy towards the end of the workout. And not to mention my muscles look a lot more full which is a great benefit!Goes Well With:Impact whey protein

Disappointed, doesn't mix
1Bought the unflavoured version and it doesn't mix at all. The bottom is covered in creatine and feels ineffective.

Highest quality, as always
5Mixes well, can't really taste it as I only take one scoop and add it to my daily whey protein shake. Friends had some great results strength wise, decided to give it a try. At this price it was such a bargain I just went for it. Without a doubt, a great purchase, would recommend.Goes Well With:Myprotein impact whey natural chocolate flavour

Better the first time
4This product is well priced and does what it's meant to do, however, the first lot I got was far superior to my last order, very much an easy mix powder with no grit, however my latest bag is very gritty and tricky to mix, you get there in the end but it's long winded. Still a well priced product though Goes Well With:Water Juice

5I bought this product and I am very satisfied with my order it came more than well packed it had 2 layers of bubble wrap. My old fault with this product was the seal wouldn’t do back up but I folded it over and stuck a clip on it Goes Well With:Water

5Would advise unflavoured and mix it in with something. Watermelon is a bit strong on it's own. Very good product otherwise.Goes Well With:Whey Water

Avoid the flavoured creatine
1I bought lemon and lime - this is awful artificial taste and a hideous bright green colour. The taste means it sits quite heavy afterwards. A more subtle taste without the unneccesary colourings would be preferred.Goes Well With:water - lots of it needed to wash it down

5I have both the flavoured and unflavoured . Easily mixed with water. Can mix in with protein and/or BCAAS. Great product.

Does the job, not great to mix
4This create does what you want it to do and I have noticed that I can get that extra couple of reps in my workouts, the taste is average but that's just personal opinion anyway ( I had the orange flavour) it was just a bit dull for me. I love myprotein products and the only problem I had with this one is the notability, not sure if its just me but no matter how much I mix and shake it always leaves powder at the bottom, genuinely my only complain about it :) Overall great supplement and I do recommend it!
