1I bought this product to complement the healthy eating and working out I already do, reading that it gives people energy before a workout which is what I wanted as well as potentially more weight loss. I read the other reviews saying about the bleeding, caffeine effects etc and ignored it because I can generally handle a fair few cups of coffee per day. But I wish I had listened. On my first day taking these pills, I had crippling stomach pains. Felt so full up it was painful. The next few days taking them, my heart was beating crazy fast due to the caffeine and I felt so dizzy I had to lay down. I then stopped taking them, but an unexpected HEAVY PERIOD has now started, as well as spots on my face! Do NOT take these - stick to good old fashioned exercise and healthy eating to lose weight and use pre workout if you need extra energy before a workout.

5Love this product. I’m eating healthily, drinking 2 litres plus a day, of water. Feeling good! Lost 4lb the first week. I’ve been working hard on the gym too.

Amazing!
5I cannot recommend it enough of you are on a weight loss journey! It’s definitely suppresses the apetite and after a small 400kcal meal you feel really full and satisfied! Also gives you that energy boost in the morning especially before the workout or even if you had a bad night sleep and need a kick!

Great but made mouth dry
4Taking two daily alongside other vitamins and have managed to lose a few pounds alongside gym sessions and healthy eating. Downside is having a dry throat and feeling thirsty all the time no matter how much water I drink.

Love these, better than expected
5I dont often write reviews but I with this product I wanted too. I have tried so many things over the years which never have any effect but these diet pills are better than expected. I would recommend taking only 1 pill for the first couple of weeks as I found 2 made me unable to concerntrate but after a couple of weeks I increased too 2. They have suppressed the hunger feeling, given me so much energy, sleeping great, I feel more focused and motivated than I have done for years!Goes Well With:I purchased this along with diet whey and cologen pills to pamper myself :) I can definitely see a difference in my skin and hair with taking these combined, once again would recommend. Plus the prices are reasonable, you won't regret buying I promise.

3This is my first day trying these, it has definitely decreased my appetite, I'm so much more awake and energised. However, I took the reccomendation of 2 capsules (one around morning time and another a few hours later) and I've been extremely dizzy, shaking pretty bad (I already suffer from tremors but these kicked them off really bad) and periods of extreme heart palpitations. I don't usually have any caffeine in my diet at all (I know silly taking 2 my first day). So tomorrow I will be taking just 1 instead and seeing how I am from there. I read in a previous review about dizziness and for myself it's very very extreme and constant, so beware!

Girls, be cautious.
2I tried these out last week, and the had a really odd effect on my body. I lost a little weight, but they gave me bad stomach cramps and induced my monthly cycle, that wasn’t due. I thought this might have just been a one-off odd coincidence but it all stopped as soon as I stopped taking them, and I read back through the reviews and it looks like this has happened to someone else too. I’d just advise that girls be a little cautious when using these.Goes Well With:Water

Excellent energy boost
5I have been taking these for a while now about 7 months and they have really helped, 8 have also be looking at my diet and attending slimming world to concertante more, they have given me extra energy when at the gym as well. And they make me feel alert. Goes Well With:Water

Brilliant little helpers!
5I have to be so, so careful in order to stay in shape because I naturally carry more fat. I swear by these. They do not do the work for you; you have to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but when you find yourself in a rut, and you can't cut your calories any lower and you're already slugging away with some extra cardio, I find that these are the little boost you need to kick the rest off and help keep it off. I generally include these with my daily supps as normal as I do find they help keep excess weight off for me. I can tell after a week or so if I've stopped taking them!

Disappointed
1After reading the reviews I thought that these pills would be spot on as I consume a large amount of caffeine. Unfortunately for me though, these tablets actually make me very tired!! A few hours after taking them I become very drowsy which isn't ideal when you lead a busy life. In the time between taking them and needing to peel my eyes open I literally don't feel any different, with no extra energy and my appetite is the same! Reading the other reviews they seem to work well for normal humans but if, like me, you need several cans of Red Bull just to function I would recommend saving your money and sticking with the energy drinks.Goes Well With:A comfy place to sleep
