Runners Must
5Great for running! Was really struggling with cramp and 2 of these a day and that problem has comepltely gone. Wouldn’t be without them now 👍🏼

Great product for Keto
5Fantastic for keto and replenishing electrolytes. This product instantly relieves any nausea or headaches for me. They taste a bit salty but this is to be expected! Goes Well With:Lots of water

Brilliant Supplement for KETO
5Great, affordable and effective Electrolyte mix. Previously had to purchase from the States and was stung with Customs charges. This ticks all the boxes. Definitely recommend for people following KETO.

Made me very sick
1Only had 1 pill with food as suggested (only a pot of oats which never caused me any problems). What followed was horrible bowel movement, stomach cramps, indigestion, heartburn and raging diarrhoea. I was sick of it for hours! It's practically poison for me.... Never again!!!Goes Well With:Absolutely nothing

5Prior to these tablets, I used to get cramp in every rugby match that I played around the 60 minute mark. I now consume 2 the night before a game and 2 the day of a game and this has prevented cramp up to now. Good product Goes Well With:Water/ Lucosade

Electrolyte Plus Tablets
4I bought these electrolyte tablets initially as I was beginning a ketogenic diet. I took two every day and I had no adverse reaction to the diet at all.. no "keto flu" symptoms whatsoever. I have continued to take them and it is 4 months into the diet now. I recently had my blood tested through my doctor and all results were satisfactory including my electrolyte levels. I am certain these tablets have helped me maintain my balance. They taste like salt due to their sodium content, so down them with water. Always take with food or you will likely have heartburn. I have not had any problem with heartburn or indigestion related to these tablets. I would recommend these tablets to anyone beginning a keto diet.

Fantastic for cramp and for electrolyte restoration
5I'm a "salty sweater" and a long-distance runner and these help restore my electrolytes post-exercise. Not only that, but I carry a supply on my long runs and on two specific occasions they've enabled me to continue racing: (1) towards the end of a trail marathon I started to cramp in my quads and calf muscles - a couple of tablets chewed in my mouth (disgusting taste) and the cramping stopped immediately; (2) towards the end of a road marathon I thought I'd hit the wall and couldn't run any more but then noticed the soreness in my legs and sucked a tablet or two until I couldn't stand the taste any more - within a few minutes I started to get some energy back in my legs and began to run again. I'd thoroughly recommend them!

Great with Keto
5I'm on Keto diet so these tablets are great for making sure I've got plenty of electrolytes and no leg cramps.

Value Electrolyte
4I used to use an electrolyte tablet from another company, but they stopped making it. These Electrolyte Plus tablets were the nearest alternative I could find. They appear to work just as well and are cheaper, so I'm happy. I use them when cycling. I normally have one tablet before going out, then split another one in half with a tablet cutter (they are a bit crumbly, but split fairly well using a sharp blade) and have them at intervals during my ride.
