5This product is essential for any athlete, about a week after I started having this everyday I found myself a lot leaner and felt stronger, with no change to my diet, the taste isn’t as bad as everyone says and if you mix then let it settle after 2 minutes it’s smooth to drink. Definitely recommend to everyone. Goes Well With:Water

5Since taking BCAA 4:1 I've found I'm less tired, appear to suffer from DOMS a bit less, and also my dog says I've become far more attractive whilst out on walks. 4Good supplement that helps especially with veggie/vegan diets to fill in with lacking amino acids. Not too expensive for the quantity you get in the pack.Goes Well With:Protein shakes. Does not mix well outside of a shaker

Need for investigation
1I think this product needs an investigation as it does not mix with any fluid, you can mix until the cows come home and it just rises to the top still dry!Goes Well With:Nothing

5I bought this product to give me a bit more of a boost whilst exercising as a male in my 40’s!! I can do with all the help I can get with recovery too and this product along side creatine helps massively. It taste great and mixes really well which is nice. No clumping up.
