5I love this stuff. I went with berry burst flavour, really tasty, thirst quenching drink. Mixes well, no residue left at the bottom. Definitely reduces DOMs after a good workout. Wouldn't be without this.Goes Well With:Creatine, Citrulline malate and Cyclic dextrin for a great workout drink.

1The power is non-water-soluble so it just sits on top of any liquid, despite how much I try and mix it. I’ve never seen anything like it. Absolutely useless as a supplement though. Goes Well With:The bin

5I have the tropical flavour at the moment, which tastes ok. I don't find that it mixes particularly well, so have to shake everytime I want to take a drink - but this does not stop the effectiveness of th product.

5Always use bcaa and with the 4.1.1 ratio its the most affective for me. Goes Well With:Whey protein and isolate
