4Have been taking for 2 weeks and can really feel the effects. I feel Like my knees are so much less sore and achy.

5These do work quite well, a bit hard to swallow sometimes however they stop me having knee pain after squating and running so i rate them.

Chalky.
3I usually take some form of glucosamine with my supplements due to ongoing joint problems so unsure on the effectiveness of these vs other tablets but I haven't noticed any ill effects, I bought these as my usual were unavailable. Unfortunately I'm quite disappointed as the tablets are much bigger than pictured, chalky and uncoated so quite hard to swallow and about 1/3 of mine are broken into bits.

Does exactly what I need
5After years of sport that's been tough on my joints, particularly my knees one of these tablets a day means that I can run, cycle and row pain free.

So far, so good
5I have been taking these for about a week after a slightly over-ambitious lunge left me with intense pain in my left knee. As some people have mentioned, the tablets are rather large, but it's easy enough to wash them down with a big gulp of water. I can't say for certain how much is down to to these tablets, but I have noticed a definite improvement since I started taking them. I'm still experiencing a little clicking, but the pain has subsided. Pros: Seems to reduce pain in joints Cons: No more excuses to skip leg day

Large size
3I bought these to promote joint health, although I haven't yet seen any benefit, I have only been taking these for a short period of time. The one issue I have found with these tablets is that they are large in size and do not have a coating. I find this makes them very difficult to swallow and I have had to physically remove the tablet from the back of my throat. I am now cutting up the tablet into smaller pieces however, as there is no coating, I still find they stick when trying to swallow. I have bought other products from My Protein and not had this issue.
