Solid beef protein
5Just got this beef protein and it's the best vanilla beef protein I've had to date. The issues other people mention are typical issues with all beef proteins - they do froth and are difficult to mix etc but as beef proteins go this is really good. I haven't used it as a shake yet but I'm impressed with the flavour when mixed with oats (best to mix in at the end of cooking the oats). Will definitely buy again. Goes Well With:Oats

Used to love this but...
3I've been using this for nearly 3 years, I don't eat dairy, grains or legumes so this was a great protein for me, however the last bag I had caused me some serious stomach issues (think explosive bathroom incidents multiple times a day) so I can no longer use it. I was really hoping it was something else as this was a perfect fit for my dietary needs and comes in an unflavoured version without nasty sweeteners, but unfortunately after removing all other variables the issues still occured. Maybe it's just a bad batch?

5Was recommended this product by my PT. I've had 5 bowel surgeries and have problems with scarring that blocks remaining bowel quite easily if I eat fibrous foods. Therefore over the years my diet has been to carb heavy. I've just started my gym regime to increase fitness. I read the reviews and decided to make my own mind up as they were varying! TBH I love this product, as long as I don't dwell on what's it's made from! Tastes great but then the amount of liquid diets the hospital has put me in over the years( now they taste bad!) it's been easy to use this product to add more protein in my diet. Almost a month into it, I'm noticing more strength, muscle starting slowly to replace fat! I've got a long way to go but I'm sticking with it. Goes Well With:Water, coconut water, milk, almond milk (unsweetened), add ripe pear in. I've added it to protein pancake recipe very yummy.

Not too bad once you use about 20g to about 350/400ml of water
3This was sitting around for about half a year before I started using it, at first i couldnt get it to blend properly when using stated measurements, I found that when you use 20g to about 350/400ml of water it actually begins to mix decently however it does foam a lot. You're best off buying the Diet whey or impact protein, the rocky road is absolutely gorgeous and mixes wellGoes Well With:a ball shaker

5I brought this product as I can't stand milk, I originally mixed it with juice however the mix would never be 100%, and I get getting chucks that didn't feel right. Felt like swallowing a slug. I was having a moan to the wife one evening about not mixing properly. She disappeared for a few minutes, coming back in with a perfectly mixed shake, having mixed it with some juice & fresh fruit, she whipped it in the blender, within seconds I had a prefect drink with no chucks at all. I have now been doing this for weeks, mixing with fresh fruit either some juice, or half of a smooth drink. It goes down really smooth, no mess left nothing clogging up the sink. If you are having a problem with mixing, I would really recommend a blender. I train 4 days out of seven, spending around two hours at a time on weights, I really do feel the benefit of this protein.Goes Well With:Fresh Fruit, juice, smoothy

5nice flavour and mixes well, just abit sticky and thick but overall good product and good price.
