You’ll get over the taste
5I went for the natural flavour and I change up what I mix it with, sometimes cocoa powder, spirulina or even Beroccas - none of them truely mask the taste but I can say that I have become accustomed to it and it’s honestly not as bad as people make out. The real benefit for me is that I’ve been able to cut out an easy 300-400 calories while still hitting my Marcos. I’d recommend this to anyone during the final weeks of their cutting phase as you can basically forgo calories without risking muscle loss. I’ve not had Any downsides to using this in comparison to whey, such as smelly farts, bloating, inflammation etc. I find it’s best not to take before or during a workout as I think the Tryptophan Makes me sleepy Goes Well With:Water Berocca

Cannot get past the taste
1Bought the unflavoured and my goodness is the taste bad. Even when you mix it with another flavoured product you cannot get rid of the awful bitter tang. It did mix ok, I had no issues there. It's pretty expensive and I hate wasting but I cannot consume this product :(

A good product but never ever buy the unflavoured one
5The fist impression of this product for me was it smells like shxt .However,I believe it is very helpful for my muscle grown and recovered.Just don’t buy the unflavoured one just smells a bit too horrible.

4Is alright , is a good supplement, but very concentrated and doesn’t taste amazing, suggests to use 300-400 ml of water with 3 scoops but I recommend at least 500ml of water. Still waiting to try other flavours to see if they taste nicer than the current one I’m trying, I currently have tropical Goes Well With:Creatine
