Beware of Cola and Blue Raspberry
1Cola flavor is drinkable if ice cold, tastes like liquid Cola gummies, Blue Raspberry is undrinkable, threw it out.

Amazing burn
5I was so impressed after the 1st use I instantly felt a rush of energy and makes you sweat so good during endurance based workouts. The 1st time I felt my skin tingle slightly but after a few days that subsides. Tastes so nice too. I've only tried blue raspberry but about to order mango passion fruit. Goes Well With:Water. CLA tablets, creatine

Great Stuff
5This gets me through my early morning workouts. I have had the orange & Mango flavour, Fruit punch and Blue Raspberry. Orange & Mango is more refreshing and similar to juice. Fruit punch and Raspberry are more if you have a sweet tooth. But all flavours get the job done. Goes Well With:Water. Mixes very well with my 700ml bottle. It does get slightly grainy towards the bottom though.

4Does what it says, loved the flavour but very sticky, a heaped scoop hit the spot and very little anxiety or sleeplessness after, good for day to day gym probably not for the bigger chaps
