Make sure you trial flavours
3It mixes well with anything but the flavours aren’t all palatable. I thought I’d try a different flavour to my normal chocolate mint/chocolate caramel so gave chocolate peanut butter a go. It leaves a sour taste in your mouth and personally I don’t like it so I’m having to use a 500g pack which I don’t like. 🤦♀️

Whey Isolate
5Currently using Blueberry flavour and traditional Chocolate, the Blueberry flavour is amazing I would call it more if a blueberry burst as bursting with flavour, Chocolate is also very tasty, neither have any bad after taste like some other brands, I use Isolate as a convenient fast and nutrition dense solution to a low fat lunch as currently shedding the pounds and keeping as much muscle as possible, Impact whey isolate is ideal and priced really well, it also mixes easily without hassle, some protein powders tend to be be very clumpy but not here, Impact Isolate is nice and smooth when mixed with milk or water, best serve chilled. Does exactly what its supposed to, great product.Goes Well With:Milk and water.

Whey ahead of the competition
5Great product. Been using it for a few years and has helped me reach my fitness goals. Great for easily adding protein to your diet. Great flavours and mixes really well. Goes Well With:Great with milk but also water !

A good different!
5For my first ever time trying protein powder, I am very happy with this product! It is different to what you may expect - The texture is smooth, and it tastes sweet like cotton candy in the vanilla flavour - sometimes almost a little too sweet but it’s perfect to add to smoothies. It dissolves in your mouth which I enjoy, and it comes with a scooper which I didn’t initially realise. Very pleased, I presume it is effective as I haven’t been consistently consuming it for very long but it definitely keeps me satisfied and has reduced my cravings.
