Whey isolate
5I got the vanilla flavour and it tastes really nice, it’s effective before or after workouts and the flavour isn’t sickly like other protein powder I’ve had in that past. Goes Well With:Water, milk and yoghurt. I’ve found it works extremely well with yoghurt and granola.

5Absolutely love this product, very clean & simple list of ingredients so it’s good to know I’m not filling my body full of artificial ingredients. No issues with lactose in it, nice hit of protein with little else so great for keeping carbs & fat in check. Throw in a scoop of coffee & ice for a chilled mocha post workout. Goes Well With:Water, milk, coffee
