5I really like these as a supplement, not only because of the vitamins. Grape seed extract for example is good for cardiovascular conditions and cellular protection, Ginseng, royal jelly, ginkgo biloba, kelp are only some of the added beneficiaries.Goes Well With:Water.

5I needed a potent multivitamin and mineral supplement to support my intensive training. This is a good quality tablet which is easy to swallow.

Great product!
5Great overall product! When on offer, the price is unbeatable. People mentioned it does not contain iron & magnesium. I think for iron most people are ok, a real shame about magnesium though ( although I understand it would change the size) as years of heavy weight training can affect your nervous system and magnesium is great for that and for your muscles, heart etc. I personally take extra magnesium every day.

4These are good Multivitamins design for males . . The ingredients components are of excess vitamins and minerals. The effects are of a greater feeling more than the Solgar V2000 brand . . I am a big fan of Solar brands, however these multivitamins works for me with most effectiveness. The product is worth while buying; it is very useful as a daily supplement or prior to working out at the gym or before and long distance run etc. . . OS Goes Well With:KN

No iron needed
5A good multi... Read the nutrition panel before choosing. I eat meat regularly. My iron levels are high. I don't want extra supplemental iron. If you need supplemental iron choose the multi in the pink bottle. Peel the label off if the name bothers you. Thanks MP for providing a choice. Goes Well With:Meat
