5Excellent value omega 3 capsules. I will only buy from my protein now as they are excellent strength too. I take two every day along with glucosamine and condroiton tablets also from my protein for joints

5Easy to take. This capsules have a great Nutritional value for a top up on your daily omegas with the three different ones in one capsule. And for a great value when compared with other brands. All capsules intact and in good state. The benefits you can all search for it. Goes Well With:Any liquid. Be aware of hot liquids... Don't keep the capsule in your mouth for long if you do so... Its obvious that will burst.
