4Great product for getting those essentials in. Does the job for polyunsaturates and helping with brain function,myelin sheath protection in nerves and a mild effect of joint mobility. Essential Oily Goodness
4These are a great way to get all three types of Omega fatty oils, and they don't taste bad because the oil stays in the capsules all the way to your belly! Don't take with hot drinks, though.

Comprehensive Omega 3,6,9
4I bought these because they are great value for money and have all the Omegas together. I like the shape, size of the bottle. Capsules are a bit big but... this is normal for that kind of supplement so overall really happy.

5Very easy to swallow, you do get an aftertaste if you don't have with any food however that is to be expected. Been re-ordering for years and for cost and effectiveness I don't see me switching for any other brands.
